Central Coast Fly Fishing will be holding an introductory fly fishing class at the historic Holman Ranch on January 25th, from 1PM to 4PM. Located at 60 Holman Road, in Carmel Valley, Holman Ranch will provide a unique and memorable setting for an afternoon of fly fishing essentials. With its charming gardens, stunning mountain views and serenity, this private estate affords old-world charm while providing modern-day conveniences. This impressive property includes a fully restored stone hacienda, overnight guest rooms, vineyards, olive grove, horse stables and more.
Attendees will enjoy tasti9ng some of the estate wines of Holman Ranch (personally selected by owners Hunter and Nick). Wines include Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Rosé of Pinot Noir. In addition, attendees will enjoy a couple of small bites from Chef Brandon Miller, of Mundaka Restaurant.
The $45 per person fee includes all equipment and a glass of fine wine. Class size is limited to 8 to 10 students and reservations are required by calling Holman Ranch at 831-659-2640.
NOTE: The CLASS MUST HAVE AT LEAST 8 STUDENTS OR IT WILL BE CANCELLED 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE CLASS DATE.
